The more roles, the cheaper each one

The tier applies per role type and is counted separately. A third catalogue role therefore doesn’t make a specialist role cheaper, and the other way round.

Setup

We set up a catalogue role for a one-off €500. We take on your data, tune the role to how your business runs, and show your people how to work with it.

With a specialist role the work starts before the first day of operation. We sit down with the people who do the job today and write down what the role has to be able to do, where its data comes from, and who signs off before anything leaves the building. Then we build it, check it against real cases from your business, and hand it over only once it does what was agreed.

This step is billed once and separately from the subscription. What it costs is in your quote before you have to decide.

Where your roles run

By default in a German data centre. For most businesses that answers the data protection question.

If stricter rules apply at your company, a dedicated instance also works, or an installation in your own cloud account, or operation in your own building. We set that up remotely, usually within a few days. Talk to us if this matters to you.

What customers want to know first

What exactly is free in the first month?

Your first catalogue role, for one month, including the budget for the language models that comes with it. If it does nothing for you, you stop after that.

How do I know whether I need a catalogue role or a specialist role?

Look at the catalogue. If a role there describes your task, start with that. Only when it turns out that your process differs too much is it worth talking about a specialist role.

What happens if a role doesn’t do what it should?

We fix faults at no cost to you. It’s a different matter if the role is meant to do something other than what was agreed. That’s a change, and we agree it with you beforehand.

Will the prices go up later?

The price you sign in the quote holds for the agreed term. Language model usage is separate from that and is billed on what you actually use.

Digital work changes jobs, including the ones we build roles for. So we pass on 3 % of the list price of every role in use to organisations working in training, care and old-age poverty. It’s on your invoice, it costs you nothing extra, and we won’t bring it up again unless you ask.

  1. All prices net plus VAT, per month and per role. The tier applies per role type and is counted separately. The free month applies once per company, for the first catalogue role.
  2. Every role includes €20 of budget for the language models each month. All of your company's budgets go into one pool, so that quiet and busy roles balance each other out. If the pool isn’t enough, we bill the excess at our purchase price plus 5 %. You can see the running total daily and can set a monthly limit where it stops.
  3. The quote you receive from us is what counts. This page is an overview, not part of the contract.
